iTunes has a metadata xml file for all of the songs a user has. On Mac OS, the file is located here: /Users/username/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml; on Windows it is located here: \Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music Library.xml. We need java applet jar which can go onto the clients machine, take a guess at where the xml file should be (based on their os), grab it and upload it to the server via a POST action.
